About

I'm a 3d artist with a background in illustration.

 

Video games have always been a staple in my life. When I wasn't playing them as a kid, I was watching my brother play them. When I was older, I realized that "Hey! Someone had to make the art right?" and thus my interest and passion in game art and the game development industry spawned.

Our final year project where in 8 months we made a game in teams of 10.

I helped develop a wide variety of assets for this game. For our project I modeled characters and props, created textures and materials, animated characters and props, developed 2D assets and illustrated promotional material.

Our concept was the idea of Neko Atsume but with retired folks.

I made a handful of low poly props for the game, speeding up my workflow by using gradients to create the textures.

Lil' thulu

Bored Pixel Jam      July 2021

Developed by a small team, I worked as a 2D artist to create this game within a week. I predominantly did sprite work, creating sea creatures  and decoration. I also created a few simple animations for this project.

The Passage

Global Game Jam    Jan 2016

The game was made by Evan Campbell, Jordan McEvoy and myself.

I created sprites and animated them using sprite sheets. I developed all the pixel art in the game and communicate design notes for visual assets generated by the programmers

Siege Arena

2D and 3D Artist

Algonquin College    Jan 2017 - Apr 2017

In a team of 4, I was the sole artist on this project. I was in charge of all the assets and responsible for the concept and creation of all the visuals. I modeled the siege weapons and handled their animations, created props, generated the textures of the terrain, and designed the UI elements.
